Try exercising more. Walking doesn’t count. Run fast for as long as you can 6 days a week. The key to losing weight isn’t starving yourself or taking pills. You need to do the work and make it a habit. If you don’t it will all come back. Not to be offensive but at 277lbs I’m sure it’s hard to go running almost every day. So start with a fast walk, and every week start going faster until you can run for a long time. I can lose 10lbs a week if I want to, but thats because I swim heavily for 2 and a half hours 5 times a week.
PS: No weight loss supplement that you see on TV will work. They are all scams. The only pills that work are horrible for your heart. I strongly advise you to give up on diet pills. References :
