    eat LOTS of greens! not lettuce because that is almost like drinking water. eat lost of fresh dark greens and leans meats and LOTS of water./

    Stop white flour, white sugar and white potatoes, regular pasta, procressed foods,fast foods, Eating in front of the computer/tv

    Have rye, and yams, 100% whole wheat pasta, fresh fruits and veggies, make things from scratch. Only eat in the kitchen. Eat small portions, never skip a meal.

    Drink water. Lots of it. Most people are dehydrated and don’t even realize it. If your body has more water it will work better and your metabolism should rise, which would significantly aid in weight loss over a period of time.

    So, instead of drinking those soft drinks, drink water!
