You can but I’m not … You can but I’m not a fan of fat burners as most don’t work and they contain so much garbage you don’t know what you’re getting. The only fat burner I advocate (and I’m still not convinced its a fat burner despite what people say) is green tea. I use green tea extract daily but my primary goal for taking it is for the general health benefits not for fat burning purposes. If it burns fat too, that’s great, but I take it for my health primarily.
