it was true l … it was true l carnitine was in food 30-40 years ago but the way we farm food now it is not present. do some resurch into mass farmed chicken. it used to have Omega-3 fatty acid And low fat but this is not longer the case a mass farmed chicken has no omega 3 and has high fat. I know people are going to say bullshit but if they bother to look into things they will find this to be true as i did. and has changed my hole out look on food
