   Hi Beth, I’ve been taking the Optisource, but I’ve been thinking about switching to Celebrate…One question..I have not been told by my surgeon to take a Iron supplement, but at my 6 month visit, the doc told me that my iron levels were borderline, but did not tell me to take a supplement. If I switch to celebrate, do I need to start taking the iron also? Can you get too much iron? Thanks for your help! I love your videos…you are a great help to us all Judy

    Hi there:)I can honestly say that I haven’t heard of celebrate vitamins..but I recently heard about Fusion vitamins and heard they are really great!
