    The best wait loss supplement is a book. Sit down and read and then you won’t eat. Cut out fat and sugar. Exercise. And it’s "mean" not "means".

    I Dont recommend medications ,, its better for u to lose weight in a healthy way ,, if u want to lose weight as fast as u can then i did this diet and i lost 7 kg in 15 days but its ganna be a bit tough !!
    In the first 3 days : eat or drink yogurt in breakfast , launch and dinner without adding anything to it .. just yogurt ( no specific amount )

    in the second 3 days : grilled beaf or fish in amount of 150 grams in 1 mean !! so the total grams all day is 450 grams ..

    in the third 3 days : salad .. any kind of salad but try staying away from cieser salad .. by any amount u want in the 3 meals

    in the fourth 3 days : any kind of fruits by any amount the whole 3 days .. without any adding

    in the fifth and last 3 days : boiled egg in the 3 meals !!

    try walking 1 hour a day atleast and do some legs and arm and stomach exercises if u want to ,, i actually recommend u to do so .. so u wont have these shaking arm !!

    Iv been taking super slim pomegranate for 3 weeks and lost 13 pound only side effect is dry mouth and makes you drink alot of water and that is good
