Do NOT. Don’t do it. Don’t.

Intense cardio: describe it to me, please. Are you lifting weights as well? Are you watching your caloric intake? How often are you eating–are you sure you’re not over- or under-feeding?

Your boost should come from switching up your training regime; maybe even undertaking HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) programs instead of sustained long-duration cardio… because that doesn’t really help drop the pounds after a short period of adaptation. HIIT gets harder as you get fitter. Lift weights!

    Lift weights!

    Lift weights!

Don’t look for quick fixes; they’ll demolish your body. If you can afford it, maybe look into getting a (good, knowledgeable) personal trainer, or a dietician…

Don’t resort to using amphetamines; your heart will hate you for it.

Yeah adderall will definatly curb your hunger and make you more active. You should be careful though…if you decide to abuse this drug you will end up in the shitter. If you use adderall for this reason. You HAVE TO keep a regular sleep schedule, a strict diet, and consistant exercise. If your having that much trouble loosing weight you might need to exercise a lot more and eat better than you already are. Adderall is nice, but its not a miracle pill. You wont get anywhere unless you acutally have the motivation and desire to loose weight. So basicly……have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a single sandwhich for lunch, then finish with a hearty dinner(before 8pm). Exercise is a MUST!!!
get off your ass and walk around even if you feel like shiet. Get a job, find a chick, start pumpin iron, maybe find a hobby??? you could pick up a guitar or take an art class? You could go around your neighborhood asking people if they want their grass cut or some shit.. idk? go to the mall, find something thats active and fun. Basicly find *people/friends* who are active, sober, and intelligent, and of course fun. You are 6’2 and 270, i have a friend basicly the same build. We saw him after a few months and its shocking how much he changed (for the best), it really is amazing what a good diet and hair can do for a person. Just stay active, get fit, eat right, TRY and stay off drugs/booze and you will be ok. Personally, I am perscribed to amphetamines myself and you don’t seem like you really need them. I think your just bored and lazy (I might be wrong). But if thats the case, DONT TAKE ANY DRUGS. Ampetamine "addiction" (psycological dependace) is a terrible terrible burdon on an already unhappy situation. The best advice I can honestly give you is to discuss this with your doctor. Good luck man.

It’ll definitely impact your appetite, but you should not use that pill for anything but what it’s for.

My dad takes Adderall and it helps him but he’s eating less than usual. If you lose weight, eventually your body will get used to how the pill makes you feel and it won’t impact your appetite anymore. Please i stress you not to do this. You won’t have energy and will be very tired. (Believe me, I’m taking a different pill for the same reason my dad takes Adderall. I know.)

    Best wishes,

I don’t suggest taking adderall for anything than what it is made for. Adderall is a controlled substance and can easily be addictive, you wouldn’t want to go through withdrawls just because you wanted to lose a few pounds. Plus your body eventually gets used to the drug and it will not have the same side effects.

I suggest tons of cardio and try drinking a protein shake after workouts. Protein is good after workouts because it feeds the muscles and aids in their repair. I like Elite Whey Protien because it is low in fat and carbohydrates…which makes it easier to lose the weight.

So in conclusion don’t take adderall, do tons of cardio to lose the fat, and drink a protein shake after workouts to build lean muscle.
