Why don’t you ask a doctor? Usually mixing isn’t good. Is the weight loss pill herbal?

Sorry but taking a weight loss pill won’t do a thing. Antidepressants change your bio-chemistry and your metabolism. Another pill won’t be enough to change it back the way it was, or heal the underlying cause of either anxiety and/or depression.
If you knew if any physical problem caused you to take the antidepressant (hypothyroid, hormone imbalance, etc.) you could heal the problem, stop taking antidepressants, get your body back to the way it was, and lose weight.

Do NOT listen to VIOLET. If you have a chemical imbalance, then you need to stay on your anti-depressant. Telling people to go off of anti-depressants, especially if you are NOT a doctor – is extremely dangerous territory. That person would kill themself, Violet. geez.

Anyhow, I am not sure what Lipo is but I know you do need to be very careful with diet pills and mixing anything with an anti-depressant.

Ever thought of changing to one of the anti-depressants that also cause weight loss. I know Wellabutrin and Lexapro supposedly help people lose weight. My friend is a nurse and he calls Lexapro "the barbie drug" because girls use it to lose weight. Also, Topamax, which is an anti-seziure medication and used as a mood stabilizer for people with bi-polar disorder…supposedly, helps with weight loss.
Just suggestions, talk to your doc!

I take prozac and phentermine. Mine are both in very low doses tho, and I haven’t had a problem at all.
If your doctor thinks there may be some nausea just start out with half a dose or something like that until you see how your body reacts. Every person is different.
    Good luck
