so in a day all you have is toast with peanut butter and 2 bowls of cabbage soup? sounds like a starvation diet. its not even possible to get an effective work out with so little fuel in your system. trying to work out on a relatively empty stomach is just a waste of time and energy References :
A fad diet will backfire on you sooner or later. Leaving you heavier and even more frustrated than ever..this is ludacris and borders on an eating disorder.. References :
I have done the cabbage soup diet and it was successful for me, however after I stopped the cabbage soup, I gained weight back almost immediately, even though I was still eating healthily and exercising. You really shouldn’t eat the cabbage soup for longer than a week at a time. It’s a catabolic food, so you’re burning more calories than you’re taking in. Doing it any longer than a week could be more harmful than helpful. Also, be prepared to feel hungrier more often. You should plan to add a couple of small snacks throughout the day, or plan to eat more soup. Other than that, it sounds pretty good. Good luck! References :
