The right answer…none. No pill or supplement will "target" belly fat or any other area. Cardiovascular exercise, while good for your insides, is usually the only way to reduce your outsides, that and a good strength training program References :
Most people who need to reduce belly fat think that there is one BEST exercise that will make their dream come true. Stop thinking this way if you’re one of these people. It just doesn’t work this way.
Believe it or not, ab exercises will NEVER be enough to get rid of fat belly. In fact, no single exercise, nor diet, supplement, or anything else alone will make your belly fat melt away. So how to reduce your stomach fat as much as possible? There are some changes of your eating habits and workout habits needed. Most people going to the gym are NEVER able to get rid of their bellies because they focus on wrong things. They are just not decreasing their overall body fat, and this requires not only exercising, although it is extremely important.
Body fat is SUPER HARD to get rid of, especially the fat on the belly.
There are many diets out there that can help you reduce stomach fat, but what I have found to be the best action is to choose a diet that you can implement for the rest of your life. New fad diets come out constantly and go by the wayside… atkins, south beach, etc – these are all based on principles of making it easier for you to lose weight by fooling your body into processing items in a specific way with foods that you have to buy over and over again. Let’s be honest, exercise and consumption of healthy foods for your whole life is the best choice, but it is not easy for everyone to have the discipline needed to pass up every donut, cake, etc – these items are ok in moderation if your base of nutrition is healthy. I have recently gotten involved with a new diet that teaches changing the way I have eaten in the past – instead of three meals a day one switches to multiple ‘snack’ type meals five times a day and a reasonable dinner in the evening. I teach sticking to this plan religiously during the week and then on the weekends if you want to splurge a little, do it, because the monotony of the same thing everyday forever would make anyone want to cheat – Knowing there is a reward to work towards allows one to accomplish their goals. This diet is rather new, but it is based on a healthy balance of carbs, fats, and protein (actually it is fairly low carb, low fat, and higher on the protein side) – it was devised by a company called ideal health and was purchased by donald trump a few months back. DT has not released it to the public as of yet, but it will be on full release by the middle of November. I was introduced to it by one of the ‘marketers’ for the product a few months ago. Think of it as a more advanced nutri-system program – all prepackaged meals that are delivered to your door. I could go on and on, but if this is of interest you should check out my blog –
on the blog I have links for all the items and a place where you can ask questions to see if it is right for you. It’s not right for everyone, but since I have seen results first hand, I am a firm supporter. Worth a look.
To give another idea, so that you don’t think I am trying to sway you too much towards what I am doing, look for Bill Phillips’ "Body for Life" book (you can get it at your local library or any bookstore along with his food book, "Eating for Life"). Bill teaches a similar approach to eating (albeit you are preparing it all for yourself, rather than it being prepackaged), and his plan includes a workout plan that uses your own muscle to break down fats, create a powerful metabolism, and in turn, build a health body – for life. Two different choices, both I believe will help you change your lifestyle towards health, rather than just losing weight fast and than going back to old habits. References :

The only way you can get rid of it, is decrease the total body fat percentage. And how to we do that? The simple answer to this question is you need to burn more calories than you get every day.
