You see, if you take a weight loss pill, your body looses weight WAY to fast. When this happens, the day you stop taking the pills, you will gain all you weight TWICE at fast as you lost it.
If you truly want to look good and healthy, loose the weight slowly and naturally (and no, no weight loss pill is natural, no matter what they tell you).
Eat alot of fruits and veggies. Run for 30 minutes every day and do some cardio every other day. Eat CLEAN meat. This means to buy a plain chicken breast (example) and to cook it will a teaspoon of oil and very little spices.
Also, fish is very good for diets and SO good for you. Try sushi. It’s healthy and tastes amazing.
Also, eat small proportions 4-6 times a day. This keeps your matabalism working.
All in all- it’s healthier, safer, and simply more natural to loose weight the good ol’ fashioned way.
