Archive for loss pill supplement weight

I am really trying hard to crack down and lose weight, but i am a very impatient person and need added help. So I have been thinking about trying a diet pill or weight-loss supplement, but because I’ve never done this before, I’m not sure what is a good, and safe route to take.

We should all learn something every day and hopefully you will learn this.
There is no such thing as a diet pill, liquid, powder, or fat burner supplement!
Got it?
Think about it. If any of this garbage worked, why would 2/3 of the adults in the US be overweight, obese, or morbidly obese? We would be lined up without having to spend a dime advertising if someone had the magic formula.
Alli is the only over the counter weight loss pill approved by the FDA. There are only three prescription weight loss medications approved. Do you think that if any of them REALLY worked we would have a $60 billion a year industry in "weight loss" supplements?
The big three pharmaceuticals would dominate the market.
Approved or otherwise, none of these weight loss supplements guarantee anything unless you establish a healthy diet and exercise program.
So why not just establish a healthy diet and exercise program and keep your money?
You will be spending somewhere between $2 and $4 per day on a product that is not approved or guaranteed to do anything!
The only weight loss supplement I recommend is a basic multivitamin.

And yes they are dangerous. Heart, liver, kidney, intestinal, and neurological damage and death have all been the result of diet pills. That is why the FDA hasn’t approved any new ones for 14 years.
These supplement manufacturers are using human guinea pigs (you) for these products. As long as no one gets sick or dies, and they don’t get fined or shut down they will keep making and selling this junk. Whether it works or not.

I say it over and over and over. "If any one of these products really worked, why are there so many?"

I am 21 and a female. I’m 5’4 and 139 pounds. I exercise doing 3-4 days a week cardio intervals, weight training, resistance training, stretching, and circuits. I eat very healthfully, I’ve done the eat enough calories, eat less calories, eat more calories. I’ve done the 6 small meals, I’ve done the 3 meals and 2 snacks, I’ve done every food diet possible that doesn’t involve meat(besides fish once in awhile) because I am a vegetarian. No matter what I try I cannot LOSE weight. I understand muscle weighs more than fat and to burn fat you build muscle and gain weight first, but I am not muscular nor fat so that doesn’t apply to me, and I’ve kept this steady weight over the last 2 or so years. Except last year when there was a death in the family and I dropped weight like crazy from stress and getting on a medication to deal. But, I’ve been off the meds for awhile and living a healthy lifestyle and I can’t lose it(I’m looking to be miniminally 115-120, less if possible). My BMI says I’m normal, but I don’t feel good with myself. I get that the BMI doesn’t say everything about a body, but to look at me I have a thin look with curves if that makes sense. I’m 34c/27/36. Anyways, what I’m getting at is does anyone know any supplements/pills/etc that can help me kickstart a weight loss, I’m not going to replace my lifestyle with it, I just need a booster. Please give me some suggestions, I’d greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

There aren’t any and you don’t weigh enough to qualify for the only one with FDA approval.
Nothing for it but sensible eating and exercise.

If you eat 3,500 calories more than your body needs, you will put on about 1 pound. If you use up 3,500 calories more than you eat, you will lose about 1 pound in weight.

I am a mother of two and I have had a hard time losing weight after my second child. I have tried natural stuff and nothing seems to work, so I think I am ready to try anything. What are your recommendations of a very effective, quick working weight loss pill? I am very active chasing around a two year old, so exercise isn’t an issue. I would like to lose 10-15 pounds before summer. Thanks in advance!
I am currently breastfeeding, and have been since my daughter was born (almost five months). I seem to have hit a wall with that as a weight loss method. I also have increased fiber in my diet and did a 7-day cleanse. I drink more water than I would ever care to drink and have totally cut out sodas. I have cut down on portion sizes at meals and eat very healthy foods.

If you can breast feed or pump it will help you greatly. Breast feeding will take you to pre baby size or smaller. If it is too late for this, try pumping and it could start. If so pump for the weight only.
If not I lost weight after spine surgery and it has helped many.
After spine surgery I gained 60 plus lbs. From family being nice and giving me all the things I wanted. From the surgery I could not exercise and walking was a chore. So with spine damage and no chance at exercise I remembered what my high school coach told me.
It calorie in and calorie burned The way to burn weight is burn more than you take in. If you do this you will loose weight. So I counted calories and I nearly starved.
I started reading the diets out there. Atkins and south beach. Tried Atkins and lost weight. After loosing several lbs I shared the diet with friends and it worked for them as well. One fellow went from size 48 to 38 pants, stopped taking BP medication and stopped taking diabetes medication. Ate eggs and bacon for breakfast and life was good. I just had trouble holding to the diet. In time I gained the weight back. After the yo-yo dieting and radical eating soups and such, I started to do the common sense diet.
I found something that works and I plan to write a book on it. In the mean time I am will to share this much. The more your bowels work the better you will feel. Turn your diet into a high fiber diet and the more you eat the more you will loose. I find that Total raisin Bran will speed your digestion. So eat two or three bowel per day. Salads of fresh veggies will help as well. Yes, use dressing of some type and you need fats. Whole milk, (have documentation to prove it). And Metamucil in the mornin and after noon will help clean your bowels and keep you going. In time you will be able ot eat most any thing you like (as long as it makes you poop) and eat all you like. Things like steak with fat and good cuts of meat. Stay away from burgers and processed foods. Chicken meat and good cuts of pork are OK.
If you snack at night eat the Raisin bran and it will move you in the morning. No white bread, high grain breads are OK.
You need to eat 5 or 6 times per day. From early morning on. Eat small meals and in the am add fresh fruits.
I promise you will loose weight and in time start feeling much better. I have given this info to many people and all have lost weight,. None have had medical problems from it.

I wish you the best.

I know I will lose weight faster if I work out and cut calories— but I just don’t want to. However, for the past week I have been eating smaller portions and not snacking, and taking a weight loss supplement pill I got from the vitamin store.
When can I expect to see some weight loss?

You need to take out 500 calories everyday for a week to just lose 1 pound.

So say you eat 500 calories less PLUS excerising right you could lose up to 2 or 3 pounds.

Pills dont work FYI.

You cant just eat whatever you want, not exercise and expect to lose weight. Thats just the harsh reality of it.
