For the life of me I cannot seen to lose the 15 lbs that I want to to look and feel my best, I have definitely reached my plateau. I exercise every single day and eat very healthy but I’m wondering if the help of a pill such as xenadrine, lipozene, etc. will help to boost my last couple of pounds. Has anyone had success with either of these or any other ones? I’m 5’7" and 150lbs if that matters

Diet pills don’t work. They do seem to help some people lose fat which may have more to do with placebo effect than body chemistry but they always gain the fat back because the problem is bad eating habits and the pills can’t fix that. You are either trying to lose too much fat or you don’t know how to eat properly and you don’t need a pill in spite of your lame plateau excuse. You can’t get any real diet pills without a prescription anyway so you’ll have to rely on junk supplements which are not only a ripoff but could have adverse side effects and be bad for your health.
You need to learn how to eat properly and then start doing it instead of looking for some easy fix for a difficult problem.

I am looking to get more cut/lean. I was thinking about taking a weight loss supplement. What are the best ones out there? I lift 5 times a week. Will these supplements affect my weight lifting?
