Hello! I’ve been eating healthier and it has been paying off. I seem to have hit a plateau in weight loss though. Some have suggested I start taking a multi-vitamin and I would definitely like to do that. However, I’ve heard claims that multi-vitamins assist with weight loss. Is this true? Has anyone had any experience with taking a multi-vitamin and losing weight? Thanks!

Look at a multivitamin as a patch kit, not as a primary source of nutrition.
A healthy high fiber diet and exercise are the bricks and mortar that build a strong "body wall".
Look at your multivitamin as a patch kit filling in any little gaps you may have in the wall. But not as a main nutrition source.
A basic multivitamin is the only "diet pill" I recommend. Vitamins do not have any effect on weight loss but are a great support tool for nutrition. You probably want one with iron being female.
I am not a big fan of mega dosing. Taking more than 100% of any recommended amount of any vitamin or mineral.
The only other supplement I recommend is fish oil (omega 3) if you do not eat healthy fish at least twice a week.
Congratulations on the weight loss to this point. Do not undermine it by trying some "magic pill" so close to the finish line.
